Workday HCM Integrations Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated HCM Workday Integrations Manager to join our team. As the Integrations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining seamless integrations between Workday and various internal and external systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of Workday HCM Application with other Apps and play a critical role on integration development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of these interfaces.
- Develop integration strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business units to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies and fully utilizing the Workday integration toolset to build robust integration solutions.
- Design and build integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, XSLT and other integration tools while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify integration opportunities, propose enhancements, and implement improvements to streamline data exchange and business processes.
- Develop and support integrations, including specifications, design documents, testing plans, and deployment of various types of integrations.
- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and enhancements to existing integrations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven and hands-on experience (5-7 years) in Workday integrations and configurations, with a deep understanding of Workday Studio, EIBs, PECI, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transformations, Workday Packaged Integrations, XSLT, etc. and Workday's integration architecture.
- Experience with at least 4 full life cycle Workday integrations.
- Experience in using Developer tools such as Oxygen, Postman/SOAP UI or its equivalent.
- Expert knowledge of HR processes, Workday Data model and infrastructure, and best practices in HRIS integrations, Financial system integration etc.
- Prior experience managing a team of integration specialists, demonstrating effective leadership and team collaboration.
